Nourishing Hope: Nutritional Support for Cancer Patients

Because no one fighting cancer should have to fight hunger too.

A Lifeline When It’s Needed Most

Proper nutrition is essential during cancer treatment. It strengthens the body, supports the immune system, and provides energy for healing. But for many families in Northeast Georgia, the cost of nutritious food becomes overwhelming while managing the costs of treatment. That’s where The Cancer Foundation steps in.

Our Nutritional Assistance Program ensures that individuals undergoing cancer treatment have access to nourishing, supportive food, relieving the stress of food insecurity so they can focus on recovery.

Our program is designed to meet the diverse needs of cancer patients across our 25-county service area.

Weekly shelf-stable groceries available on-site for eligible clients

  • Mobile Pantry Service
A pop-up food pantry brought to community locations across Northeast Georgia

  • Reduced Household Burden
By helping with groceries, families can reallocate funds to housing, transportation, and care

Who Qualifies?
