Help Change the Life of a Cancer Patient this Holiday Season
Join Us in Bringing Hope to Families Battling Cancer.
Every holiday season, our school community comes together to make a difference. This year, we’re proud to partner with The Cancer Foundation (TCF), a local nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by cancer and are facing the hardest battle of their lives.
Your donation—big or small—can change the life of a cancer patient. Funds raised will go toward essential needs like transportation to treatment, safe and stable housing, and help with essential utilities so no one has to choose between comfort and care.
Our Goal
Our goal is to raise $1,000 by December 12—enough to support one cancer patient through the Cancer Foundation’s programs.
Every coin, every dollar, and every act of kindness moves us closer to that goal.
Gifts can be made online by clicking the donate now button above. Change can be dropped off in the collection jar in during morning drop-off.

About The Cancer Foundation
Since 2005, The Cancer Foundation has been dedicated to alleviating the financial burden of cancer for eligible patients. TCF addresses the barriers many patients face during treatment — including food and housing insecurity, inadequate income, and lack of reliable transportation.
How Your Support Helps
The Cancer Foundation's Financial Assistance Program provides vital support to cancer patients by covering essential living expenses like transportation, housing support and utility costs.
Transportation includes fuel cards, rideshare services, public transit, parking, car payments, or vehicle insurance
Housing includes Rent, mortgage, property taxes, and homeowners’ insurance
Utilities include electricity, water, sewage, trash service, propane, natural gas, phone, or internet service
Additional needs include insurance premiums, medical equipment, food, and funeral expenses.
By addressing these everyday challenges, TCF helps patients focus on what matters most: their treatment and recovery.
How You Can Help
Give What You Can: Every act of kindness counts! Students and families can make donations online or send them through the school.
Little Hands, Big Hearts: Even our youngest helpers can make a big impact! Preschool students are invited to bring their spare change and drop it in the “Change for Change” collection jar in their classroom. Each coin helps make a difference in the life of a cancer patient.
Spread the Word: Share our campaign link on social media and encourage friends and family to give.
The impact of this support is profound. Research shows housing insecurity leads to delayed care, transportation barriers double the likelihood of missed treatments, and food insecurity worsens recovery. By meeting these essential needs, patients can focus on healing rather than survival. Every contribution supports local families facing cancer, helping them meet critical needs and easing the financial stress of treatment.
