One Sales Representative: Arrange for ONE representative to be on site for either the April 30 OR October 2, 2025 Products+ Services in Oncology Exhibits to update providers on ONE product or service available from your company.

Attend Only One Exhibit: Send ONE representative to ONE exhibit making sure they bring literature, promotional items, educational materials to interact with providers about the product of your choice. Great option for new products, services indications and new companies.

The Cancer Foundation and the UCBC Cares Foundation hosts the Products+ Services in Oncology Exhibit twice a year to help connect Pharmaceutical Representatives with oncology providers and professionals, helping to introduce them to the latest advancements in cancer treatment and cancer care!

2025 Date are Now Available!

The Spring Products+ Services in Oncology Exhibit is set for Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The Fall Exhibit will take place on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Both exhibits will take place from 4:30 to 7:30 in the Lobby of University Cancer and Blood Center located at 3320 Old Jefferson Rd., Building 800, Athens, GA 30607. Set up for both exhibits begins at 4:00.

What’s New in 2025?

There are opportunities to participate in both the spring and the fall exhibits. In addition, the exhibits will take place on the University Cancer and Blood Center campus to make attending the exhibits more convenient for physicians and other oncology professionals. We have extended exhibit hour to allow for more engagement. Number of participants has increased but is limited to 40 participants per exhibit. Please note that registration is not complete, and exhibit preference cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Two Sales Representatives: Arrange for TWO representatives to be on site for either the April 30 OR October 2, 2025 Products+ Services in Oncology Exhibits to update providers on ONE product or service available from your company.

Educate Providers about Two Different Products: Send ONE representative to ONE exhibit making sure they bring literature, promotional items, educational materials to interact with providers about TWO different products.

Attend Two Exhibits: Reserve a spot for ONE representative at BOTH Products+ Services in Oncology Exhibits on April 30 and October 2, 2025.

Participation Fee: $11,000
