Bills can be paid in 3 ways:
A) Mailed check. Checks are issued by our bill payment system. We are unable to track checks through the mail currently. In some cases, it could take 3 to 5 weeks for a check to arrive.
B) Debit card. We can make payments as a guest online or over the phone. Please note that some companies do not allow us to call and make payments on accounts because we are not listed on the account. Depending on payment processing software, the creditor may not accept our card.
C) ACH. If the creditor can provide their bank routing number and their account number, we can send them an electronic payment. Please note that we cannot give a creditor our banking information.
